Jurisdiction This Visitor Agreement has been made in, and will be construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of Florida. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Orange County, Florida in all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement or use of this website. The web is an evolving medium; we may change the terms of this agreement from time to time. By continuing to use the service after we post any such changes, you accept this agreement, as modified. Non-Equipment Return & Exchange Policy ??(ie. skin care & hair care products, blow dryers, flat-irons and brushes etc...)
Undeliverable & Refused Packages* ?? (ie. unauthorized returns, refused packages for any reason, incorrect address, UPS undeliverable package return etc...) will be treated as a return. ??Order will be canceled and all fees (including but not limited to additional shipping costs and/or 25% re-stocking fees Will Apply.)
If you are sent an incorrect item due to our error,?? email or call us. We will ship the correct item immediately as well as dispatch UPS to pick up the incorrect item to be returned to us. In this case, please package the incorrect item in the original shipping box to ensure its safety.
If you ordered the wrong product, email or call us. ??You are able to return this item (unopened, unused) and exchange it for the correct item. To do so, you must return this item at your own expense. Upon receipt of the product, we will ship the exchanged item. ??Shipping charges will apply when we ship the exchanged item.
When shipping returns/exchanges back to salonspafurniture skincare, ??please ship them in the box they were originally sent to you in, or a similar box. Please do not ship our products in a padded envelope. This does not keep products safe from damage.

Salon and Spa Equipment Policy
Terms & Conditions ??Customer agrees that his/her signature by his/her representative or affiliate to receive the product(s) or on any other confirmation, sales invoice, delivery receipt, purchase order is presumed to establish acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Compliance with State Laws ?? Salon Spa Furniture has no responsibility or knowledge of individual codes or laws. ?? Compliance with local state and federal codes is the sole responsibility of the customer. ??A licensed plumber must perform all installations for plumbing and related equipment professionally. Failure to do so negates original manufacturer warranty. ??An approved technician must service all electronic equipment under warranty. Failure to do so negates original manufacturer warranty. Documentation and must be provided at time off complaint. No exceptions!
Assembly and Maintenance ??Salon Spa Furniture does not accept responsibility for assembly or mounting of any purchased items or accept responsibility for maintenance or up keep of any purchased items. Proper use and maintenance of all items purchased, is solely the responsibility of the customer and not that of Salon Spa Furniture.
Limitation of Warranty ??Salon Spa Furniture shall not under any circumstance be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of capital, cost of purchase or replacement goods or related claims of a customer.
Manufacturer Policys ??Each product manufacture listed on salonspafurniture.com has its own return and refund policy. Please contact the product manufacture or seller of your purchase. Some manufacturer do not offer warranty or will not accept returns or refund on parts, special or custom made orders. Items as such will be listed clearly in red on each product detail page for all to understand before ordering. We will not accept customer returns or give refunds for these items.
Warranties
The website owner Salon Spa Furniture DOES NOT Warranty Equipment. All warranties are offered directly from the manufacturer of the product that you purchased. All merchandise comes with a standard one (1) year warranty from the manufacturer. If an item needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair within the 1 year warranty period it must have an RMA #. Shipping is not covered by the warranty, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Note: Some products are shipped directly from each product manufacturer.
Return Policy: First off we want all our customers to be satisfied with their online purchase, so if there is something wrong with your order such as item (s) not received, shortages, shipping damage or a manufacture defect we will repair or replace any product found to be defective pending factory inspection at our expense with prior return authorization. All lost or damaged parts must be reported to our company within 5 days of receiving an order.
Returns: Products Please ask all the questions that you need to ensure that you are ordering what you need. Returns are costly for both you the customer and us the store owner.
All returns that are not related to a manufacture defect or shipping damage are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20-35% from all credit issued on authorized returns.

The item must be returned in "same as new" condition. In other words we must be able to sell the item as new. If the item has been scratched, damaged, dirty or otherwise un-saleable we can't accept a return on the item. No item will be accepted for return after 5 days from the date of delivery.
What is a custom order?
Custom Order are those that are custom made or modified to your specifications, for example to the size, the vinyl upholstery color, the wood, laminate color, the size, the fabric, or the style selected by the customer ARE made to order and are non-returnable. This means production of your furniture does not happen until you place your order.
Custom Order Terms and Conditions
All sales are final. Items that are custom made or modified to your specifications are not returnable.
Color Policy: Due to the inconsistencies of various computer monitors, the colors displayed on your screen may not depict an accurate reproduction of the actual swatch color.
Special Note: We highly recommend that you order up to three (3) swatch samples PRIOR to placing your order.
Claims The original packaging must be kept for inspection by the shipping company. If the original packaging isn't kept a claim may be denied.
IMPORTANT: Claims for shortages, breakages, manufactures defects or any other reason must be made within

b. Picture Description
For each claim, customer must provide proof of pictures clearly showing the described damage found and the identifying tracking label affixed to the packaging by email. support@salonspafurniture.com
c. Damage Descrition A written description should provide with as much information as possible concerning the damage, cause and any other relevant details.

Chargeback Policy

We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Salon Spa Furniture does not tolerate credit card fraud, and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, and loss of revenues.
Salon Spa Furniture considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your purchase. All frivolous chargebacks cost time away from conducting normal business, but cost us money, therefore:
You agree that if you, the buyer, choose to do business with salonspafurniture.com , and you file a charge back with your credit card company, in the event that you win the charge back with your credit card company, and have not returned the products, Salon Spa Furniture will attempt to recover fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. This may severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years. At this point, we will no longer accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full. In addition to this, Salon Spa Furniture will file a report with your local police or sheriff??s department, and file a mail fraud complaint. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is correct, we reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our site. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy.
