IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Standard One (1) Year Limited Warranty.
 
Return Policy
SalonSpaFurniture.com, is committed to working with its customers to ensure products with warranties perform according to the manufacturer's specifications. Warranty information, where applicable, can be found enclosed within the product packaging. •Shipping and handling charges on non-defective returns are not refundable.
 
There are no returns or refunds for the following reasons:
Non defective items.
Custom or made-to-order items.
Buyer's remorse - through no fault of the seller.
 
Return Merchandise Authorization
Note: You must obtain a Return Authorization Number to return an item. All merchandise returns will be inspected and tested upon receipt.
 
All factory errors will be fixed at no charge.
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will send you a replacement, replacement parts if neccessary or issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping charges.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, and within 15 days of reciept.
 
Non Phone in Orders for Return (a credit card will be required for call tags).
All items must be shipped freight prepaid by the purchaser for orders placed online if you did NOT order by phone.
 
Call tags will only be issued within 15 days of date on original invoice. A credit card will be required with all call tag requests.  A re-shipment will be made in a timely manner if necessary.  If said damage/ defective item is not returned within 15 days after the call tag is issued, the requestor becomes responsible for all charges related to the re-shipment including shipping, call-tag fees.

Provide the following:
• Order number for the item
• Condition of item at time of arrival
• Detailed explanation of the issue
• Whether you prefer a refund or replacement

Defective and Non-Defective Returns 
(All items will be inspected and tested upon receipt).
Any returns found to be non-defective or intentionally returned as non-defective are subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee plus all non-product related fees (shipping and insurance) are not refundable. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 35%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. Please be aware that if the reasons for the returned item(s) are not valid, you will be charged for return shipment to the original shipping address at UPS Ground or Freight rates.
 
• All returns must have a valid RA # written on the outside of the shipping carton.
• A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
• Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are no exceptions.
• Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
 
Customer Service will provide via email pre-authorized returns instructions including a return address.
 
Unauthorized or Refused Items
SalonSpaFurniture.com, cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without an RMA number will be refused at our facilities and will be returned to the sender. SalonSpaFurniture.com, will charge a 40% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges for shipments refused by the customer. Additional charges may apply if all products are not returned in the original and unopened packing.

Many product problems can be resolved with technical assistance from the manufacturer's service center. Please refer to service center contact information enclosed with the purchase.

Warranty Support
Should your item require warranty service or is missing parts, please first contact the manufacturer warranty service department. Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer.
