For replacement parts, you must also text us a full picture of your entire equipment unit along with a picture of the actual broken part if you have it so we can process your order accurately. International customers using freight forwarding must call or text us to verify if we ship to other countries. Failure to get a shipping quote prior to checking out will result in a cancellation, and we will not issue refunds for the credit card processing fees incurred due to failure to call or text.

Parts ordered in error are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Avoid fees!
