If you cancel your order (after confirming product availability and lead times) BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% Cancellation Fee before a refund is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a Return and will be assessed a 25% Restocking Fee plus original shipping fee. Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
Custom Made or Special Order items are NON-Returnable and CANNOT be cancelled or returned.
Due to health and safety concerns and Covid-19 and Variants, hair care products cannot be returned even if unopened and no refunds will be issued.
