Our online shopping cart shipping rates cover the USA 48 states only. All Canadian and international customers must contact us by phone or text at (407) 874-3766 prior to ordering to receive a custom shipping quote. Please provide the model numbers and quantity for each item you need. For replacement parts, you must also text us a full picture of your entire equipment unit along with a picture of the actual broken part if you have it so we can process your order accurately. International customers using freight forwarding must call or text us to verify if we ship to other countries. Failure to get a shipping quote prior to checking out will result in a cancellation, and we will not issue refunds for the credit card processing fees incurred due to failure to call or text.
**Important Return & Damage Policy: **
Parts ordered in error are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Avoid fees! If you are unsure, text a photo of your salon shampoo backwash chair or matching basin to (407) 874-3766 before buying. Please note that custom-made orders are manufactured directly to individual customer specifications and are completely non-refundable. Please call or text us with any questions on production lead times, or to request physical color vinyl swatches, etc., prior to ordering. Any transit damages or missing items must be reported directly to our office within 5 business days of delivery.
